Christine Ngoyi Mushalame has extensive experience in event design and organization, hosting, and master of ceremonies, developed in Africa and continued in Canada. Since 2018, she has regularly designed and produced events through the organizations she leads, handling everything from concept creation and planning to programming, resource coordination, participant experience, and execution.

Her strength lies particularly in the design of experiences. Beyond the logistical organization of an event, Christine imagines its identity, its concept, its unfolding and the various interactions that will allow participants to experience something coherent, engaging and memorable.

As master of ceremonies and speaker, she places particular importance on what participants take away with them after the event. Entertaining and creating a great atmosphere are important, but the experience must also be able to spark reflection, convey an idea, raise awareness, inspire a decision, or simply leave a lasting impression.

Her background in entrepreneurship, publishing, training, and organizational management also enriches her creative approach. It allows her to consider an experience as a whole and to translate an intention or message into different forms: events, public speaking engagements, editorial creations, signature items, recognition, presentations, or other experiential media.
